Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on line store, click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to fulfil your order.

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Solo, Electron and Delta.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, postal mail or over the Internet.

Computer monitors and scanners vary in their reproduction of colour. Though we strive for accuracy, all pictures, colours and products displayed should be regarded as approximations, so if in doubt over colour it is suggested that the customer should first check by emailing or contacting the store direct.

Delivery within mainland UK for your first purchase is £4.00 with a further charge of £1.00 for each item thereafter per transaction.

Note that destinations are restricted to the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland, however we will consider other destinations with prior arrangement - email us at info@scopeclothing.co.uk should you wish to discuss this further.

We endeavour to fulfil U.K orders within 7 working days. If the order is available and required urgently we can discuss alternative shipment details. Should a product be out of stock or no longer available we will advise you by email.

All products are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and may be offered an alternative colour or later delivery date.

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 256 bit encryption, and transferred using SSL encrypted technology. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of despatch in its original "unworn condition" and we will refund the product price. This will not include your postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Your correspondence will be kept strictly confidential and any suggestions that might improve our service will be considered in great detail. Scope Clothing will endeavour to respond to any form of complaint within five working days from receiving your email.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice. We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We do not disclose buyers information to third parties. The type of information we will collect about you includes your name, address, phone number, email address, credit/debit card details. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law and the Which? Web Trader Code. Cookies are used on this site, but only to keep track patterns of behaviour and to maintain the contents of your shopping cart. Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfil customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
